Returns & Exchanges Policy
At DesertQueen, we want your experience to be simple and worry-free — which is why we offer Easy Returns for issues on our end.
Hygiene-Based Return Rules
Because contact lenses are medical/eye products:
❗ We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened lenses.
This is for customer health and safety.
We happily accept returns/exchanges if:
✔ Your order arrives damaged
✔ You receive the wrong color or wrong item
✔ Your lenses arrive defective in the vial
✔ Your package is missing items (case, tweezers, etc.)
If any of these happen, simply email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right either with a free replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return/replacement:
• Items must be unopened, in original vials
• Include photos of the damaged/incorrect product
• Contact us at Desertqueen.fashionlenes@outlook.com with your order number
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used contact lenses
• Lenses removed from sealed vials
• Incorrect purchases caused by customer error (e.g., ordered wrong color but want to return
after opening)
