Q: Are these prescription lenses?
A: No, all DesertQueen lenses are non-prescription (plano). They're meant for cosmetic use only and do not correct vision.
Q: Are your lenses FDA approved?
A: Yes, our lenses are FDA certified. You can rest assured that they are safe to wear.
Q: What colors are available?
A: We currently offer12 stunning shades:
Blue, Green, Gray, Brown, Honey, Purple, Bold Blue, Bold Green, Bold Gray, Bold Pink, Russian Blue and Dopamine Blue.
Q: Are the lenses reusable?
A: Yes! Our lenses are soft and reusable. With proper care, each pair can last up to 12 months after opening.
Q: Do the lenses come in pairs?
A: Yes. Each order includes 1 pair (2 lenses) sealed in individual vials, Soaking case, Tweezers and Lense inserter.
Q: Is it safe to wear these lenses?
A: Yes — our lenses are made from high-quality materials, but you should always follow proper hygiene. Do not wear them longer than 8 hours per day and avoid sharing them.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship from the U.S. with fast handling. Most orders arrive in 3–6 business days depending on your location.
Q: How do I clean and store the lenses?
A: Use a multi-purpose contact lens solution (sold separately) and store lenses in a clean lens case. Never use water or saliva to clean them.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened lenses. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right!
